Monthly Healing Circle & Ceremonies

Join Amelia and new friends in a community space that focuses on how to how to live a grounded Spiritual life.

We meet twice monthly, but stay connected always.

First, we explore and deepen our knowledge of a Spiritual concept through teaching and conversation and later meet to ground the embodiment of the concept through live ceremony and sacred ritual.

The Sharing Circle (1st Monthly Gathering)

Sharing Gathering: Our first meeting of the month is dedicated to deepening our awareness and capacity for living Spirit in a challenging, but deeply beautiful, world. Each month, Amelia invokes a topic, guides a practice, or healing based on a different theme of living a more grounded life.

The Ceremonial Circle (2nd Monthly Gathering)

Ceremonial Gathering: A few weeks later, we meet to deepen our experience of our monthly theme through shared ritual or ceremony.

In both of these live gatherings, there is time for wisdom sharing and witnessing.
You are always welcomed and encouraged to speak what is on your heart and ask for support.

Additional Grounding Support

In addition to our meeting recordings, you will find a library of on-demand grounding support waiting for you. This includes meditations, practices, affirmations, rituals, movement practices, and poetry. This library is continually added to.

If you find yourself longing to be more grounded or needing a little extra support during this overwhelmingly challenging climate we are living through, this program will help you.

Who is this program for?

This circle is for the sensitives who are being tossed around in the big energies right now; the seekers who are trying to dig deeper roots so that they can grow to bigger heights; and the healers who continue to grow and deepen their art of healing and service in the world.

Upon registration, you will be invited into the community and immediately welcomed with these cornerstone grounding and healing resources:

Group Healing: Entering your Inner Temple (A 20-minute guided group healing)
Practice: Worry Timer (A technique to ease worry)
Practice: Ground your Essential Spiritual Qualities (An activity to clarify and anchor your Spiritual attributes)
Instruction: The Sacred Art of Altar Building (My tips for being the altar keeper)

We have been meeting for over a year, so you will have access to all of the older recordings, meditations, rituals, and new content is continually added.

What is the vibe of the group?

At the highest level, this group is about self-care. The central theme is “living grounded” which includes grounding the body for wellness and vitality; grounding the mind for clarity and creativity; grounding the heart for connection; grounding the Spirit for deeper connection; and grounding your resilience in supportive and restorative practices.

It is also about opening to the healing practices of the world and expanding the possibilities of your healing toolkit.
